When our customers need specialized or customized mailings, SGI offers this as a value-added service and a cost-effective option. We already know our clients and are glad to help them quickly disseminate information to their customers, sales force, or dealers. We are most often called upon to assist with labor-intensive, smaller-run projects requiring multiple insertions done by hand. Our Production Department has procedures in place to quickly turn around even the most complex of mailings.

When you have a larger mailing that lends itself to machine handling, SGI can manage the entire project for you. We outsource these projects to select mailing houses with track records of providing the same level of service you expect from SGI.

SGI can also help you reduce costs associated with multiple mailings to the same address. We can batch these mailing requests into one weekly mail run that is put together by our Production Department. For example, a company’s sales representatives may receive material from several departments in one envelope each week. This means no more multiple mailings to the same address or duplicate copies of the same literature going to the same person. Companies save on postage and envelopes, as well as the labor costs associated with multiple mailings.
