SGI operates a Call Center to serve your customers and/or your employees. On average, 97% of our client calls go straight to a friendly, helpful Account Support Representative; the small number of callers who leave messages receive a response within two hours. Our Account Support Representatives process orders for your items placed via phone, fax, and e-mail. Our fully integrated systems ensure that orders are shipped out accurately and on time. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction, and our Account Support Representatives are empowered to do whatever it takes to reach that goal. The Account Support staff is organized into client teams so that all the details of an account’s needs and all ISO work processes are known by several people. On any business day, a knowledgeable client advocate is available to take your order, answer your questions, or research a concern. We help with those last-minute emergency requests and make sure you get the items you need when you need them. Our Account Support team is also responsible for many inventory maintenance functions, such as setting up new items in the system or changing item information at a client's request. |
