Everyone who works at SGI is responsible for our success and the success of our clients. That’s why we are committed to I-Power, a nationally recognized continuous improvement program we implemented in 1993. SGI employees are encouraged to submit ideas that improve our operations, boost efficiency, or reduce costs.

It’s a simple concept. Employees from all departments are asked to think about the processes used in their work and to contribute worthwhile suggestions for saving manpower or resources. All ideas are welcome, and no idea is considered too trivial to make a difference. In fact, we've found that small, incremental changes often add up to big improvements and cost savings for our clients over time.

When our employees submit an I-Power suggestion, they receive immediate feedback and, most importantly, the power to implement their ideas. Those who submit the most helpful ideas each month are rewarded financially as well. Our employees have averaged more than 200 I-Power suggestions per month since the program's inception.

Making things work better anywhere in the company, from the boardroom to the loading dock, is in everyone’s self-interest and helps us better serve our customers.
