SGI has earned national recognition within its industry by winning multiple Awards for Excellence from the Mailing & Fulfillment Service Association. SGI received top honors in the Fulfillment Ingenuity Award category in 2007 for the development of Data Depot, our Web-based inventory management tool, and in 2006 for a digital print-on-demand process developed for a client's automotive catalogues, manuals, and decals. SGI was also a finalist for the award in 2005 for the development of a client's marketing literature order Web site.

SGI also took top honors in 2005 in the Mailing and Fulfillment Service Association's Ed Sisk Excellence in Education award category for outstanding employee education, communication, and training programs. SGI was lauded for the development and introduction of "The SGI Way," our customer service standard.

SGI won an Indiana Excellence Award in October 2005, earning top recognition among manufacturing and distribution companies. The annual awards program, sponsored by BKD, LLP, honors organizations that demonstrate a commitment to business excellence through improvement of a product, service, or business practice. SGI was also a finalist for the award in 2006 and 2007.

In 2007, SGI was named a finalist in the TechPoint Mira Award competition for being a leading technology-based company in Indiana among distribution, transportation, and logistics companies.

SGI was presented with a special award in 2007 for Innovation in Print Packaging Technology by Roche Diagnostics for the development of a customized package literature fulfillment program.

Bristol-Myers Squibb recognized SGI with its 2005 Supplier Innovation Award, noting SGI’s successful I-Power continuous improvement program and consistent cost-containment initiatives on behalf of Mead Johnson Nutritionals, a BMS company. Mead Johnson Nutritionals also honored SGI with its Supplier in Excellence Award for 2003. SGI was selected for its year-after-year savings initiatives, consistent service levels, and industry-leading reporting capabilities, and was one of only three vendors recognized out of a base of more than 5,000 vendors.

Firestone Building Products has twice recognized SGI with its Inner Circle of Quality Award. This honor is presented to Firestone vendors, contractors, and associates for their demonstrated, long-term focus and commitment to quality, service, and cost containment. It recognizes the highest caliber of performance, singling out Firestone's business partners who are the “best of the best.”
